Wesley has been a software developer ever since he discovered how to program his TI-84 to solve trigonometry equations. He believes that all tasks can be made simpler through software and spends his time building systems that accomplish that goal.

Wesley has a background in engineering and applies those problem solving fundamentals to software development. As one of the senior developers at Starlight Consultants, he strives to build a team environment where leadership is by example and every voice is heard.

William is a software developer that is passionate about solving technical problems to make your everyday life better. He enjoys building software that enables people to reach their goals and do what they love. His goal is to ensure that your software provides you with the best possible experience – so that your technology is no longer a barrier to success.

William has experience building custom mobile & web applications, developing integrations between existing systems, and building tools to manage data. He also leads development on the custom tools we use on the development team at Starlight Consultants.

Danny has been involved in professional software development for over 25 years, with very strong technical, business, and personal skills. Working with a wide spectrum of companies, he excels in listening and understanding the current needs.

Danny has developed applications ranging from the smallest database applications to large enterprise and commercial applications. He understands the software, hardware, communication, and networking aspects of information technology, and has assisted companies to utilize technology that aligns with their goals and values.

With the ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly, he is able to lead teams to reach their potential, understanding the type of leadership needed for the situation and the team. His patience allows him to work successfully with a wide range of personalities and skill levels, leading to his success and reputation both in business and his volunteer activities.
